About Us
But in all of that care for others, one truth became painfully clear:
There was no safe place for me.
No space to decompress after a heartbreaking termination.
No circle to process the emotional weight of supporting someone through crisis.
No mentor to ask, “How do I keep going when everyone relies on me?”
No community where I could simply say, “Today was hard,” without fear of judgment.
HR is often described as the heart of an organization, yet the heart behind HR frequently beats alone.
During one of the hardest seasons of my life—balancing work, motherhood, personal struggles, and the relentless emotional demands of my HR role—I realized that the profession I loved was slowly draining me. Not because of the work itself, but because there was nowhere to lay the burden down.
It was in that fragile place, tired, overwhelmed, and searching for support, that the idea for HR Nest took root.
I envisioned a sanctuary.
A place where HR professionals could finally exhale.
A confidential space where we could talk freely, without the fear of betraying trust or appearing unprofessional.
A community that understood the unique emotional load of being “the strong one.”
A hub filled with real tools, not just policies and templates, but human support: mentorship, encouragement, mental wellness resources, and honest conversations.
A nest.
A safe place to land.
A place to rest, grow, and rise stronger.
HR Nest was created for every HR professional who has ever cried quietly after a tough decision, who has ever felt unseen while supporting others, who has ever carried more than anyone realized.
It is a home built from real struggle, real resilience, and the belief that the people who care for everyone else deserve a caring community of their own.
Today, HR Nest stands as more than a platform, it is a movement to honor the humans behind Human Resources. A reminder that even strong hearts need rest. And a promise that you no longer have to carry the weight alone.
This is your nest. Your refuge. Your community.
Welcome home.
